Refund Policy
This policy regulates the conditions for refunding payments for services and products provided by
the International Academy of Atmalogy (hereinafter — MAA).We sincerely want your interaction with our educational and other products to be easy, clear, and fair.
The purpose of this Policy is not to generate profit, but solely to cover the costs associated with organizing events and services provided by
MAA and IPRO.Therefore, we outline transparent refund rules in case of changes in your plans or other reasons that require you to cancel ordered and paid (or partially paid) services from
MAA and IPRO.1. What types of products do we offer?- Live Events are events designed for your personal presence in a live (offline) environment at the address specified in the program of the respective product. For example: trainings, education programs, professional development, festivals, mysteries, upgrades, etc.
- Recorded Online Products are pre-created and recorded products to which you gain access on the day payment is made.
- Online Products with a Deferred Start are online products whose start date is scheduled by MAA and IPRO for a specific date, allowing you to reserve participation through partial prepayment (reservation) or full payment of the program cost.
2. How is the cost of Services formed at MAA and IPRO?The cost of Live Events and Online Products with a Deferred Start, typically displayed on the website, provided by
MAA and IPRO managers, or specified in promotional materials, consists of two components:
- Reservation Fee — the cost of securing a participation spot in the respective service, which serves as a deposit and a securing payment guaranteeing your participation and reserving a spot for you. The reservation fee is non-refundable.
- Main Payment Amount — the portion that constitutes remuneration to MAA and IPRO for organizing the event, covering venue rental, compensation to masters, curators, and other individuals involved in the event.
Together, these components form
the full cost of the event (product). We never consider the non-refundable reservation fee as a means of profit — it is solely compensation for actual expenses incurred by
MAA and IPRO.Since Live Events and Online Products with a Deferred Start require significant preparation by
MAA and IPRO (which may include venue rental, payments to masters and curators, platform administration fees, and other software-related expenses), directly affecting organizational costs, the reservation fee helps determine the potential number of participants and prepare the appropriate program and infrastructure.
In the event of your cancellation,
MAA would otherwise need to cover these expenses independently.
Therefore, the non-refundable reservation fee compensates potential expenses incurred by
MAA and IPRO due to reserving your spot.
For Recorded Online Products, the price does not include a reservation fee, as access is granted immediately after payment.

5. Refunds for Payments Made on Behalf of Third Parties5.1 If payment for a product or event was made on behalf of a third party (e.g., participant, friend, relative, partner), the right to a refund belongs exclusively to the payer, regardless of who was intended to participate.
